2024 International Dues Increase 

Accordingly, effective July 1, 2024 there will be an increase of two dollar ($2.00) for the I.B.E.W. per capita, which applies to ALL members. There will also be an increase of one ($1.00) in IBEW per capita paid to the General Fund. This will increase July 2024 dues for “A” membership to $49.00 monthly or $147.00 quarterly or $588.00 yearly. Increase for “BA” membership to $29.00 monthly or $87.00 quarterly or $348.00 yearly. 

The following rates will apply to the International Office and Local #816 portions of all dues payments for July 2024 through December 2024:

“A” Members —$49.00 per month
Breakdown
Per Capita –  $23.00/month
Pension Fund – $21.00/month
Local Dues – $5.00/month

“BA” Members —$29.00 per month
Breakdown
Per Capita $23.00/month
Pension Fund – N/A
Local Dues – $ 6.00/month 

In accordance with Article IX of the IBEW Constitution, $23.00 per month from each “A” member will be deposited in the IBEW General Fund, and the additional amount paid by “A” members ($21.00 per month) will be deposited into the IBEW Pension Benefit Fund.
