ATTENTION ALL RECIPIENTS OF EEOICPA (DOL) CLAIMS!! 

Dr. Lee Meals and Dr. Rheanel Tolar, local board certified internal medicine physicians, are now conducting impairment ratings for those EEOICPA beneficiaries who have the white Medical Benefits Identification Card as issued by the Department of Labor (DOL).  Dr. Meals and Dr. Tolar are Certified Impairment Rating Specialists (CIRS) in the AMA 5th Edition Guidelines for Impairment Ratings (required by the DOL).  They also conduct impairment ratings for workers compensation, personal injury and Social Security claims.  In addition, they are certified by the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) to conduct physical exams for those holding CDLs (new requirement in May 2014). For more information, you may contact Dr. Meals and Dr. Tolar at 270-519-1181
